On-line Delivery, Returns and Refunds

We accept these major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

DELIVERY

We do our best to process and ship out in-stock items to you within 7 to 10 business days after receiving your order. Completed Orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) or UPS as the volume of your order requires.

We will notify you by telephone, mail or e-mail if:

    · There is a delay in processing your order in part or in full,

    · Any of the items you order are out of stock

    · Any of the items you order are on back order.

BACK ORDERS

We do our best to process and ship back-ordered items as soon as they become available. It may take a matter of days or several weeks. You'll be charged for shipping one time, upfront for the entire order. Back orders will not ship Rush or Express Delivery.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Should you need to return an ordered item, please call (203) 234-6253 first as issues can often be resolved without incurring unnecessary postal charges. If however, it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:

  • All merchandise to be returned must be currently available in our stores. Items purchased on-line may be returned at any of our Girl Scouts of Connecticut retail shops that sell that item.
  • Merchandise returned by mail may be shipped back to Daisy’s Knapsack using the following address: Daisy’s Knapsack, 20 Washington Avenue, North Haven, CT 06473. Please include your daytime telephone number, a note indicating the exact nature of the problem, the corrective action you are requesting - (store credit will be issued), and a copy of your receipt.
  • Returned goods must be in their original packaging, with labels and tags still attached.
  • Items must be returned within thirty days of receipt.
  • Items must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt and a note outlining the reason for return.
  • Items must be in new condition, that is, unused and unmarked.
  • Goods listed in our Special Offers or Clearance sections are not returnable.
  • When Items are returned a store credit for the value of the items will be issued, or a refund will be given on credit card matching the last four digits on receipt.
  • There will be no cash refunds.
